  2.    IMPORTANT -> Versions 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 routines are copyright RBF Software

  4. The Programmers disk is now only available on a seperate disk, from a very
  5. small selected amount of outlets.
  6. (The disk now also includes the FULL Med/OctaMED history)

  8. If you require this or a licence itself, please print out, (or copy), the
  9. "Copyright Licence" file contained on this disk and send it to RBF Software.
  10. Full details will then be posted, (or faxed, if number given ), back to you.

  12. Those private/individual programmers that intend to use the libraries ONLY
  13. within Public Domain programs and have not allready got the programmers
  14. disk can send £5.00 uk pounds to RBF Software, which MUST be accompanied by
  15. a signed statement to this effect.  ie., intended for public domain use ONLY!

  18. Programmers that are intending to use the libraries within a commercial,
  19. or the now popular "SHAREWARE" category, or sold via PD libraries
  20. that pay the author a "share of the sales", MUST, to avoid undesirable
  21. legal problems regarding the use of our Copyrighted libraries also fill
  22. in and return the copyright licence form.

  24. We believe all commercial/part-time programmers that are intending to
  25. earn money from the routines will see this as fair, considering the high
  26. earnings that are often forthcoming from their usage in such ventures.

  32.      Library Routines / parts of etc. may not be used without permission.

  34.      No extracts from the instructions contained on this disk ,  may
  35.      be printed as an instruction manual in full or part, nor transmitted 
  36.      electronically, by any person/s without first obtaining full written 
  37.      permission from the proprietors of RBF Software.

  39.     Allthough OctaMED V4 is being FREELY distributed, the contents remain
  40.     copyrighted to RBF Software and we retain the right to withdraw the
  41.     disk from sale by pd distributors and other outlets and should we
  42.     decide upon this action, a Months notice of it's withdrawal from sale
  43.     as a Freeware diskette will be given to such retailers.
